Every robe is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you. Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email. As soon as your piece is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a notification so you can follow its arrival.
Process Times
We process orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery via PUDO
All deliveries are fulfilled via PUDO for a flat rate of R150, either door-to-door or to a selected locker collection point. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified as your parcel makes its way to you or your selected PUDO pickup point.

We truly hope you love your robe. However, if something isn’t quite right, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags still attached.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How It Works
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and all items are inspected upon receipt before next steps are confirmed.

(S–M): Bust 100–108 cm, Waist 80–98 cm, Hip 114–122 cm
(M–L): Bust 110–118 cm, Waist 100–108 cm, Hip 124–132 cm

Washing
We recommend gentle washing in cold water using mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as these may affect the fabric’s texture and colour.
Drying & Storage
Air drying is preferred to preserve the integrity of the fabric. Store your robe in a cool, dry space and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
